Selecting Marasco Homes to finish our basement and remodel our kitchen was one of the best decisions we ever made. From the start, Rick spent hours with us thinking through different design ideas and cost implications. Once we had a plan in place, Rick started work the very next day, and he was onsite directing the crews all the time. Over the course of the construction, Rick worked with us on a variety of changes we made on the fly. Rick was always open to our ideas and helped us rationally think through the ones that made sense and a few that we ultimately excluded. Rick’s attention to detail is amazing. He prides himself on his work, whether making sure a counter is installed perfectly or just keeping the workplace clean. Rick was able to both finish our basement AND remodel our kitchen in about 3 months. Rick treated our home as if it were his own. Thanks to him, we turned a home we liked into the home of our dreams. Working with Marasco Homes to build our new home was the best decision we made in our home buying/building process. My wife and I had looked at several homes in Omaha to purchase and finally came to the conclusion that we wanted to build. We contacted Rick and Brian Marasco and told them what we were looking for and they made the process easier than we could have imagined. The homes are very customizable and Rick was able to incorporate all the things we wanted without blowing our budget.
